This Agreement lays out the Terms of Service for staging-warpacademycom.kinsta.cloud’s memberships and products.

Governing Law

By visiting Warp Academy, you agree that the laws of British Columbia – Canada alone, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute that might arise between you and Warp Academy or its associates.

Terms of Membership

Your membership and access to purchases are governed by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy on the Warp Academy site. Your membership or purchase may allow you to stream videos online through your web browser or mobile device. You may not download, misuse, or misappropriate videos from the Warp Academy site. Any downloads provided are for your personal individual use only. You may not share, distribute or resell any materials provided to you by Warp Academy.  Your user account and login is for individual use, and may not be shared.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Warp Academy or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Warp Academy trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Warp Academy’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Warp Academy. All other trademarks not owned by Warp Academy or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Warp Academy or its subsidiaries.

How you get your Access

Access to Warp Academy courses is provided by individual purchase, or by subscription to a membership. If you choose to purchase individual courses, you will be granted access to each individual course upon receipt of payment. If you opt for the membership option, you will be given access to all membership content, until the time you cancel your account or change your membership. Warp Academy reserves the right to revoke access in the event that members fail to make payment or follow the terms of service outlined here.

How To Delete Your Account & Data

The Warp Academy website and associated integrations offer self-service processes for deleting your account and your personal data stored in our systems. To delete your account and data, follow these steps:

1) To remove yourself from our e-mail list, simply click the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of all of our campaigns.

2) If you have an active subscription for a membership plan, go to your My Account / Subscriptions page and cancel the subscription. If you’re logged in, you can click on this link directly: https://warpacademy.com/my-account/subscriptions/

3) If you’ve used a connected social media account (such as Facebook or Google) then you must unlink it in your My Account area. If you’re logged in, you can go here to do that: https://warpacademy.com/my-account/edit-account/

4) Once the above steps have been done, contact our Support team and ask for your WordPress account to be deleted. Please make sure you provide us with your account username (usually the e-mail you signed up with). Open a support ticket here: https://warpacademy.com/support/

Terms of Payment

Billing Cycle: For subscription memberships, you will be automatically billed at the rate and term you select when you register. This automatic billing will continue until you cancel your membership or select a different membership plan.

Payment Information: To purchase an online course or membership to WarpAcademy you will be required to submit a valid PayPal account or credit card. You will be billed for the membership option or product(s) you select. As a member, you will have immediate access to the library of on-demand, streaming videos offered.  Warp Academy reserves the right to refuse any membership, purchase or transaction for any reason outlined by the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, or if it is suspected that the purchase is fraudulent.

Limitation of Liability

Warp Academy is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any network, online system, server, provider, equipment, or software that is outside of our control. Warp Academy is not responsible for failure to redeem, receive or make use of Warp Academy content, or for any injury or damage to personal computers related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of staging-warpacademycom.kinsta.cloud.

The Warp Academy site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Warp Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

Right to Cancel / How to Cancel a Membership

To cancel your membership, login at staging-warpacademycom.kinsta.cloud and go to the Subscriptions section of your My Account page.  There you can change or cancel your membership.

If at anytime you fail to meet the requirements of service outlined in these terms of service, Warp Academy reserves the right to cancel membership and access to staging-warpacademycom.kinsta.cloud.

If you engage in any negative activities outlined in these Terms of Service, Warp Academy reserves the right to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by the law. Should your account be terminated, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of our service. If you are a member with a monthly billing cycle, upon termination, we will remove you from the billing cycle and you will not be charged your monthly fee for future months.

Disputes and Refunds

Selected products may include a money back guarantee.  This varies depending on the type of product, and if it is a Warp Academy brand product or a third-party product.  If there is a money back guarantee, you can claim a refund within the time indicated on the product page.  Do this by opening a support ticket at https://staging-warpacademycom.kinsta.cloud/support/ to request a refund. In order for your refund to be processed, you must include a full copy of your receipt from staging-warpacademycom.kinsta.cloud (not your PayPal receipt or credit card statement) including your purchase date, transaction number, name, email, and address.  Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the appropriate information.  If your purchase was made on a credit card, there may be a 3% fee applied due to refund fees charged by the credit card provider or payment gateway.

All sales of software products are final and do not include refunds.

All sales of 1-on-1 coaching are final and do not include refunds.

If you’ve purchased a membership, you can request a refund under the following terms:

  • Annual Plus memberships: Within the first 30 days of subscribing.
  • Monthly Plus memberships: Within the first 5 days of subscribing.
  • Annual Pro memberships: Within the first 30 days of subscribing, but before the first one-on-one coaching session is completed.
  • Monthly Pro memberships: Within the first 5 days of subscribing, but before the first 1-on-1 coaching session is completed.
  • Special memberships: From time to time, Warp Academy may offer special, limited-time memberships.  Refunds will be given within 5 days of a monthly subscription, or 30 days of an annual subscription, but before any one-on-one coaching sessions are completed or any included physical merchandise is mailed out.

To request a refund for a membership, open a support ticket at https://staging-warpacademycom.kinsta.cloud/support/.  Warp Academy will process refunds for the last billing cycle only.

Digital Downloads

Warp Academy sells digital download products, such as sound banks, templates, and software.  Once purchased, you can access these via your My Downloads area of the website.  Download these files immediately and back them up within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

Warp Academy cannot not guarantee continued access to these files if you have a hard drive failure or change computers.  It’s your responsibility to download and back up your files to protect against data loss.
